About this event

A practical, hands-on workshop where participants learn to build real automations and a working AI-powered Telegram chatbot using n8n — with zero coding required. By the end of the workshop, each participant personalizes and demonstrates a complete AI chatbot they built themselves. Duration: 3 Days Schedule: 3 Consecutive Sessions · Classes start at 7:00 PM (approx. 3 hours each) Sessions: 3 Sessions Join the WhatsApp group for updates, session links, and support: https://chat.whatsapp.com/HemfdHTB0iA3XPz7KqhFiT ──────────────────────────────── Learning Outcomes ──────────────────────────────── • Understand core n8n concepts: workflows, nodes, triggers, and actions • Set up an n8n account and navigate the workflow editor • Use the HTTP Request and Set nodes with expressions ({{ }}) • Create a Telegram bot and generate a bot token with BotFather • Connect Telegram to n8n using a live trigger and credentials • Read incoming message data such as chat ID and message text • Build conditional reply logic with the IF node • Understand LLMs and API keys at a beginner level • Integrate an AI node into a workflow to power real conversations • Write a system prompt to give a chatbot its own personality • Present and explain a finished, working automation ──────────────────────────────── Day 1 – n8n Fundamentals & Setup ──────────────────────────────── Session 1 (starts 7:00 PM) Topics: What is automation, core n8n concepts (workflow, node, trigger, action), creating an n8n account, editor tour, HTTP Request & Set nodes, working with expressions Practical: Build a 3-node workflow (Manual Trigger → HTTP Request → Set) that pulls and formats live data. ──────────────────────────────── Day 2 – Telegram Chatbot ──────────────────────────────── Session 2 (starts 7:00 PM) Topics: Creating a bot with BotFather, bot tokens & security, connecting Telegram to n8n, reading message text and chat ID, adding reply logic with the IF node Practical: Build a working Telegram bot that gives different replies to at least 3 different keywords. ──────────────────────────────── Day 3 – AI-Powered Bot ──────────────────────────────── Session 3 (starts 7:00 PM) Topics: LLM and API key basics, replacing keyword logic with an AI node, connecting an AI provider, writing a system prompt to define the bot's personality Practical: Upgrade the Day 2 bot with an AI node and a custom personality, then hold a real conversation with it. ──────────────────────────────── Activity Types ──────────────────────────────── • Instructor Demonstration — Live walkthrough of each new concept and node before students build it themselves • Student Development — Hands-on building time where every participant builds their own working flow • Debugging & Q&A — Guided troubleshooting of common errors as they come up in real time • Capstone Project — Final AI-powered Telegram bot, personalized and demonstrated on Day 3 ──────────────────────────────── Capstone Project ──────────────────────────────── Final Project → Each participant must deliver a fully working, personalized AI-powered Telegram chatbot by the end of Day 3, built entirely during the workshop. ──────────────────────────────── Certification ──────────────────────────────── Participants who complete all 3 sessions and demonstrate their finished chatbot receive a Certificate of Participation for “n8n for Beginners”, issued by n8n Workshop.
